It is an ohnor to coordinate your event. once you have selected from your menu. please notify the department of sales and marketing and we wil give you a quote.

Selecting the Menu

If you have the dates separated for your event, please make your selection at least 15 days prior to your activity.
any changes that will be made within15 days of event will have to be chareged $500.00

Audiovisuales Servises

Renting of equipment and profecional services are provided by "HeavenlySound" if you are interested in this services just ask and we will give you the information.

Decorations

Hacienda el Jibarito does not permit any damage to the walls, floors and ceilings with nails or staples, charges might be applied if any damage is found. We can sugest a decorator (David, 787-280-5016).

Receiving Merchandise

Merchandise sent to Hacienda el Jibarito should be sent to the apropriate dept and person handling the acct with the name of the group the date of activity.

Food and Beverage services

we do not permit any food on our property that has been acquired at a catering or service outside of the hacienda, all food and beverages are not allowed to be removed from the propery under any circumstace food cannot be removed from premises. it is permited to bring your own beverages provided a charge of $20 per case be paid to the hacienda for beer cans and $15 for bottles.

service charges
17% charge for services wll be added to the total consumption of food, beverige and any other profecional service.
further a 7% charge for goverment taxes.

Deposits

a 50% charge of the total cost of the quote is required at the sign of the contract, to reserve the date of the activity you must give a deposit of $500.00, this deposit is non refundable.

Maintenance Charges

We do not charge for the activity centers but we do have a maintenance charge. The Salon Alambique has a $250.00 charge, The gazebo $150.00 charge and the Center of Conventions has a $450.00 maintenance charge.
