  1. Q. What do you Provide when somenone does an activitie.


A. For any activity we provide tables and chairs with beige tablecloths for the number of guests, glassware.

Q. Can we bring our own tables and chairs.

A. You can bring your own chairs and tables at no extra charge.

Q. Do you provide buffet stations.

  1. A. We provide one stations for buffet service meals and wil add another one if you have more than 150 people


Q. Do you have waiter service.

A. Meals served at the table is available with additional charges. (charges vary according to number of guests)

Q. Can we bring our own waiters.

  1. A. If you are interested in bringing your own waiters you can do it without additional charges.

Q. What additional charges are involving in activities or banquets

A. A 17% service charge is added to the total consumption of food, drink and other professional service included in the price, plus a 7% government tax.

Q. can you can bring food

A. Hotel Hacienda El Jibarito does not allow any food on the property that has been provided or purchased from a catering service. All food and beverage consumption in the property is provided by Hacienda el Jibarito to be consumed in it, food may not be removed from property.

Q. Are allowed to bring your own drink?

A. yes you are allowed to bring your own drinks, a charge of $ 20 per case of beer and $ 15 per bottle.

Q. Do you Provide plates and utencils for the cake.

A. We provide plates and utencils to serve wedding cake. Cuting and serving the wedding cake has no additional charges.

Q. Do you provide more plates if nesesary.

A. We provide and serve in the buffet of activity, and provide the amount of silverware guaranteed in the contract. Every dish served in excess will have an additional charge and subject to availability.

Q. If we stay for our honeymoon in the Hacienda is there a discount.

A. Yes we have an attractive discount for honeymooners.

Q. Do you provide special menu for children.?

A. We have a Special menu for children available.

Q. What are the rules of decorating.

A. It Is not permitted under any circumstances use any nails or to use an instrument like a drill on any surface inside or outside our premises. Hanging ornaments on the walls is prohibited. Any damage caused by violating this provision shall be asumed by the responsible party.

Q. Changes to the contract.

A. For changes to the contract (refer to increase in number of guests, the menu changes, etc.). Notify us within 14 days prior to the event date. To make changes beyond the deadline will incur an extra charge of $ 500.00 more
